Support for those experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges and addiction

Safe storage for personal belongings, along with access to essential hygiene facilities and mail services. We provide meals, basic needs support, personal storage, mail service, referrals and advocacy and direct connections to shelter, housing, addiction and mental health supports.

Located at 48 West Victoria Street with operating hours from 10:00am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday closed for Stat Holidays. The Mini Storage team consists of a Manager, 2 coordinators, and 2 assistants. This team works a 3 on and 3 off shifts.

Clients can store up to 50 pounds of personal belongings in a clear plastic bag and place them in a tote, items stored must be checked on once a week. Clients are also able to have laundry done at this location and use the address for receiving their mail, public bathroom and a shower are available as well.
